Terms of use

These terms apply when you submit a paper to the APP registry. Version 2026-09-24. Each submission records the version the submitter accepted.

The registry is a public list of papers published with the Agentic Publication Protocol. Each entry points to a release in the authors’ own GitHub repository. Being listed means the release passed the registry’s automated checks and an editor approved it. It is not peer review, and the registry does not vouch for the paper’s scientific content.

  • You can write to the paper’s repository, or you have the authors’ permission to submit the release.
  • You have the right to share the release, and the listing will not infringe anyone else’s rights.
  • The paper, code and data in the release are the authors’ responsibility. Their licenses are the ones in the repository.
  • An entry for the paper, with fields copied from the release as it is: title, authors, affiliations, GitHub usernames, domain, arXiv ID, tags and the paper summary from AGENTS.md, and the release tag, commit and publication ID.
  • The review discussion on GitHub, including your GitHub username.

The registry reads your GitHub username and whether you can write to the repository you submit. It requests no other access. Your sign-in stays in your browser tab and is not stored by the registry.

Editors may approve or decline a submission, and may correct or remove a listing, for example at the authors’ request, when a release is withdrawn, or in case of misuse. The ID of a removed listing is not reused.

The registry is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Its maintainers are not liable for the content of listed papers or for the availability of the registry.

These terms may change. The version accepted is recorded with each submission. For questions, or to ask for a correction or removal, open an issue in the APP protocol repository.
